Shipping and Delivery

Thanks so much for choosing us to buy your gift from. 

We know you have lots of options and are thrilled we had something unique for you.

We will get right on with selecting your products. We aim to post and pack within 3 business days (most often often next day).

Postage is by Royal Mail and so delivery times can vary. We try to ensure we track where we can. We are not a big corporation and can’t offer next day delivery (yet).

Please be aware that as some items are one of a kind and unique they sometimes sell in the shop before we can pack them. In such a circumstance you will get a full and immediate refund. This is rare but I’m sure you can understand some days are very busy, and although we check for new online orders regularly, popular items can sell quickly.

How do I return at item?

Please email contact@havenstreasures.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you are returning before posting back to:

Cost of delivery to return the item/s will not be refunded and you are responsible for this cost.

When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in return transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Havens Treasures receiving the goods, in their original condition.

Notification of faulty goods must be made, in writing via email to contact@havenstreasures.co.uk, within three working days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement product (if available) or a refund providing faults were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. All goods are to be returned at your own expense, unless they are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Goods ordered Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 
We reserve the right to change our delivery methods. Please ensure any special delivery instructions are submitted alongside your order.

Overseas Delivery

Currently, we are unable to accept online orders for dispatch overseas. However, you can contact us directly by email: contact@havenstreasures.co.uk to get a quote for overseas delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. Sales items are also non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order in terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your ordered goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing, either by letter or email from the time your order is placed to 14 days after receipt of your item/s.

After cancellation, returns will be processed as above.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received your goods, but please note that the delivery charge refunded will only be to the value of STANDARD delivery, and that the cost of returning the item to us will not be included in your refund.
